About Pacman HVAC Electric Fire, Sunrise FL Since 1999

Pacman has been doing commercial work in South Florida since 1999, and we built our name one job site at a time. We believe in hard work, integrity and a personal touch you don't always get from a contractor.

Today we are a commercial electrical, HVAC and fire alarm contractor working out of our shop at 751 Shotgun Rd in Sunrise. Our electrical side builds new projects for general contractors and services existing buildings. Our HVAC side services and retrofits chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, rooftop units and VRF systems. We install and replace generators, often as design build projects, and we install and inspect fire alarm systems.

Licensed, Bonded and Insured

We hold Florida electrical contractor license EC13006438, and our fire alarm work is done under it. Our HVAC work is done under air conditioning contractor license CAC1825204. Having both lets one company carry a job that touches power, cooling and life safety, so nobody waits on another sub.

Where We Work

Our crews work across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami Dade, in Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale, Weston, Plantation, Coral Springs, Boca Raton and Miami. All of our work is in Florida.
