You need a clean driver’s license and must pass a normal background check and drug test. You must bring your own basic tools like benders, diagnostics, drills, and hand tools—everything else will be provided. The job includes working in different places and positions, like climbing ladders or working on roofs. You must be able to reach, bend, walk, and stand for long periods, and lift at least 50 pounds. You need to adjust to different work environments and be able to work alone or with others. Good communication is important because you will talk with managers, customers, and coworkers. Speaking both English and Spanish is a plus.
