Electrical work is the backbone of Pacman, and we have been in business since 1999. We handle commercial electrical service for buildings that need to keep running, and electrical construction for general contractors who need a sub they can count on. Our office is in Sunrise and our crews work across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami Dade.
What we do
Our electrical service team takes care of existing buildings. We troubleshoot and repair problems, service switchgear and panels, wire new equipment and keep up with facility maintenance. We use thermal imaging and infrared scanning to find hot connections and overloaded gear before they fail, and we do annual inspections for owners who want their electrical systems checked on a schedule.
Lighting is a big part of the work too. We retrofit old fixtures to newer, more efficient lighting in warehouses, parking areas, offices and common spaces.
On the construction side, we partner with general contractors on new buildings, renovations and tenant improvements. We price the job, build it and close it out with clear communication from bid to completion. For owners who want one company to carry the project, we also do design build, including engineering and permit set drawings.

Our customers are commercial. We work in hotels and resorts, casinos and entertainment venues, hospitals and assisted living facilities, warehouses, and office and retail buildings. A big share of our construction work is warehouse and tenant improvement projects for general contractors.
Facility managers use us for service, and GCs use us for construction. Plenty of customers use us for both.

We are based at 751 Shotgun Rd in Sunrise. Our electricians work in Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Weston, Coral Springs and Pompano Beach, north to Boca Raton and Palm Beach County, and south to Miami and Miami Dade County. We work in Florida only.

Infrared scanning uses a thermal camera to spot electrical connections and equipment running hotter than they should. It finds problems you cannot see with the naked eye, often before they cause an outage. Many building owners and insurers like to have it done on a regular basis.
Can you handle design build electrical projects?
Yes. We provide engineering and permit set drawings and then build the project, so you deal with one company from design through completion.
